Property Details
The Ellipse building is simply stunning and a true luxury building. We are right to the Hoboken PATH, ferry and light rail. Pool, parking garage, gyms, gardens, common areas and rooftop space overlooking Manhattan. The building is pet friendly and there are dog parks all over the neighborhood. The neighborhood is super clean and safe. We have lived here for 4 years and love it. We’re moving to a larger unit because of family growing. The private terrace is one of the best I’ve seen in Jersey City or Hoboken. We are flexible with the move in date. We’d ideally move sometime between now and 9/30.
Incentives
We are offering a reduction on the rent now through 11/24. At 11/24 the tenant has the option to renew the lease or leave. Rent is $5700 and we will knock a few hundred off per month through November. If it’s through a broker and we pay the broker we can’t discount the rent as much.
