A studio apartment on the 21st floor located right next to Fulton street stop (served by the 2, 4, A, and J trains at all times. The 3, 5, and C trains stop here at all times except late nights, and the Z stops during rush hours in the peak direction. Can get nearly anywhere within 30 minutes). I really enjoy living in this building, with the gym, rooftop (60+ stories up) , and assortment of other amenities for a small additional fee being quite worth it. Pictures can be found at the 19dutch website (highly recommend, it is what sold me on this place; unparalleled in the FiDi area). In unit laundry to me was a must! The space is ample for one. I am willing to leave most furniture behind, if desired, including utensils, plates, etc., or move it all out.
