Close to tons of bars and restaurants in an amazing area known for its vibrant life. Rent is way below median 1 BR price in NYC - I've been living here 2 years+ and I think it's an amazing place for the price!

Plenty of natural light in bedroom. Ceiling lights in every other room so the apartment feels well lit everywhere.

Modern Kitchen with large sink, 4 burner gas stove / oven, microwave, and large fridge. All cooking utensils and plateware available.

Price includes monthly cleaning of the entire apartment by my cleaner who I've been using for 4 years (for reasonable cleanup of all areas -- not for cleaning up after parties or substantial mess).

In full transparency, here are the "cons" (and solutions) :

- 5th floor walkup (not an issue if you're relatively fit)
- Loading dock across the street which can sometimes make noise at night (I wear ear plugs or play white noise on the bluetooth speaker and it hasn't been an issue on nights where I need to guarantee I won't be disturbed)
- No laundry in building (use the money you save on rent to just pay for a wash and fold laundry service, or alternatively there's a laundromat 2 blocks away)

That's actually it. For the location and price, it's amazing.
