As we prepare to move out of town, we find ourselves in need of someone to take over our lease. We are breaking our lease and we can connect you with the building management directly so that they can show the unit in person ifyou're interested!

Our unit is a Studio Alcove facing the common courtyard on the second floor, with plenty of daylight and a very cozy layout. The management and all staff are exceptionally helpful and responsive, always ready to assist. We have been here for 2.5 years and are super sad to leave.. so we hope that this unit can be your next home!
