The Helena building is located at 57th and 11th. Do a google search for The Helena at 57 West and look for the D unit which is the same as mine but I'm on a different floor than those on the site.

The unit can be provided furnished or unfurnished and has a full kitchen with dishwasher for those of us who like to cook (I get Sunbasket or Blue Apron weekly). There are 2 large closets in the foyer for clothing/towel storage and a shared 4 unit laundry room on the same floor that's very easy to use (the building also has a valet for dry cleaning, shirts wash/press, etc.). There are large west facing windows for lots of light/air, great views of the Hudson River plus awesome sunsets every evening (see last pics). There's a nice rooftop with lounge chairs, tables/chairs, a BBQ grill and views of midtown and the west side of Manhattan.

The Via 57th area is really great as it’s now 3 buildings (Via57, The Helena, The Frank) all owned by The Durst Organization in one block. The building has a shuttle to Columbus Circle M-F from 6:30-10:00 am and from 4:50-7:00 pm every 20 min which is super convenient. I actually like walking to get the morning exercise but take the shuttle when it gets cold. A Landmark movie theater just opened in the Via 57th building and it’s really nice. Plus the restaurant Ousia is great as well (same restaurant group as Oceana in midtown).

I'm sad to leave, but a job opportunity calls!

Incentives

$2475 net effective rent is based on Landlord offering 1 month free on a 13 month lease and I’ll provide an additional 1 month’s rent if you can submit a successful application for the Jan 1st 2018 (or soon thereafter) start date.

If I assign my lease to you (lease is through July 31, 2018) I can pay 1 months rent so you’ll just be responsible for Feb-July.

I can provide unfurnished or furnished if needed.

Additional fees

I have landlord approval to post this and I can coordinate having Helena leasing send you all of the required application paperwork.

Please, as best as possible, prequalify yourself and ensure that you’re likely to submit a successful application by meeting these general parameters that I pulled off the internet: a tenant should earn 40 times the $2925 monthly rent, have a good credit score, and have an employment letter and copies of recent pay stubs, bank statements, tax returns or W-2's (or have guarantors who can meet these requirements and provide these documents).
