Unfortunately have to break/leave lease agreement due to personal issues and circumstances. Otherwise, I've been living in this building for 3+ years and I've loved everything about it and the neighborhood. Very clean, quiet, and has everything you need. Subway station 6 is 1 block away and Q is a 5 minute walk. Unfortunately, the building doesn't seem to offer an early termination option so I'm posted it here!
This particular unit has amazing views and no sound issues between other tenants. The monthly rent is also extremely competitive for what other buildings in the neighborhood offer.
The building staff, leasing office, and super are all great people and pleasant to work with!
