Property is called Brooklyn Crossing — Brand new building in Prospect heights/downtown Brooklyn. It is right above the Barclays center. View from the apartment is the top of the Barclays, downtown Brooklyn and Statue of Liberty/upper New York bay. Rooftop pool on 51st floor, lounge on both the 51st and 27th floor. Beautiful gym in the building and right next to Lifetime Fitness (same building). Doorman, concierge etc as well. There is a garage if you have a car, but it’s not attached to the building. Have to walk 1/4 mile down the street (about 2-3 minute walk), but you get a discount from the building. Great location and a lot to do in the area.
The apartment itself is a studio but it’s alco style (see photos) so it feels like a one bedroom based on how it’s broken up. On the 22nd floor.
Additional fees
$20 application fee (standard for building), and then typical application process. Proof of income, license, credit and background check etc.

I would take my bedroom furniture and bed with me, but may be open to leaving some furniture behind.
