My husband and I have lived here for 2.5 years (since The Guild opened) and absolutely loved the building and unit. The only reason we are looking to move is our family is growing and we need more space!

The apartment itself is very modern with a great kitchen and plenty of light coming into the main living area from large windows.

The building has great amenities, including a good-sized gym with new equipment (including Peloton bikes) and a rooftop with a view that we regularly both work and relax in (great for summer sunbathing and BBQs!).

We are looking for someone to take over our lease (ending June 30th, 2025). We are flexible on start date as long as we have enough time to move out. Our landlord is also open to starting a new one-year lease with the new tenant if that is preferred.

Incentives

If you choose to negotiate a new year-long lease with the landlord, they may offer free rent as a new tenant incentive.

Additional fees

Qualifying applications must demonstrate a total annual household income of at least 40x the monthly rent. The first month's rent and one security deposit are due at lease signing. Required documents are listed below:
1. Completed APPLICATION (one per person)
2. Photo ID (Valid Government Issued ID)
3. Most Recent Bank Statement (Checking, savings, or money market account. First 2 pages only)
4. PROOF OF INCOME consists of one (1) of the following if Employed:
1) Three (3) most recent paystubs showing YTD amounts
2) 2021 W-2 and/or most recent tax stubs
3) EMPLOYMENT LETTER. Offer letters are acceptable if employment has not begun or is a new contract job.
OR the following if Self Employed:
1) Most Recent Tax Returns (first two pages)
2) Asset Heavy Portfolio Statements / Savings Account Accepted
3) 1040 Form accepted
5. Prior rental history such as a rent ledger or tenant reference letter from the current landlord.
