The apartment includes stainless steel kitchen appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and oven) plus garbage disposal, in-unit washer and dryer, large bathroom with medicine cabinet mirrors, big southern-facing windows, powerful A/C unit, and a sleeping alcove that comfortably fits a queen-sized bed. The apartment also has two closets, one in the main living area and one in the sleeping alcove.

The building has friendly 24/7 doormen, a nice gym, roof terrace with barbecues and great views of the city, a bike room, and a tech center with computers and a printer. The building is also a 5 minute walk away from the F train stop on the island and the Roosevelt Aerial Tramway which takes you to 59th and 2nd Ave in Manhattan.

Roosevelt Island is a great place to live! It's safe, quiet, and offers great views of Manhattan and Queens. There's a ton of parks and nice shops/restaurants along Main St. We've loved living here, but need to relocate for work.

Additional fees

Building requires a $20 application fee per applicant that includes a credit check. Applicants are required to make 40x the yearly rent and must provide tax returns and paystubs for income verification.
