The only shared space in the basement is where the W/D is. Both units on the first floor have basements and a door similar to the front door of the unit (meaning you have 2 ways to enter the unit). Makes it very easy to get to and from the W/D.

There are 8 units in total, all respectful and quiet. Most of the other residents are in their 30s with young families or couples!

You'd have a private backyard that only you and your roommate would have access to. Both rooms in the unit have a door to the backyard.

Roommate does have a dog named Piper. She is very cute, and very quiet, which was a plus for me since I WFH some days. Not a barker
