Property Details

The studio is pretty small but very functional! It has two closets, enough space for a queen bed and a small desk, and with better arrangement it could also have space for some shelves.

The bathroom is sizeable. It has a real stove, a window AC unit, a dishwasher, and a stacked in unit washer dryer. It is very well maintained, and very cute with exposed brick.

The location is also really nice -- right between the east village and bowery.

One thing to note is that it doesn't get much natural light.

Incentives

I can leave a twin sized bed frame, mattress, and headboard, that was used at most for about a month. (Moved to storage to move in a queen bed). I also have a lot of shelves and plastic drawers I can leave you, as well as cleaning supplies like a small vacuum, a swiffer, etc. Almost everything is up for discussion.

Additional fees

There is a $250 sublet application fee that I can cover if it goes through. The landlord must verify your eligibility so I think they need letter of employment and bank statements at the miniumum.
