We are subletting our cute two bedroom, one bath located in Sunset Park of Brooklyn. We have permission from the landlord who lives on the first floors. The apartment comes fully furnished, as shown in the photos, it $2,900/month + bills & utilities(usually about 100-150$). This is a short term sublet with the potential to become long term. We are flexible on the take over start date and end date.
More about the apt…Currently the second room is used as an office and has a desk, wardrobe and collapsible sleeping mat for when we have guests. The sleeping mat is very comfortable and folds out to a queen size bed.
The larger bedroom has nice bay windows, a queen size bed, bedside tables, and storage.
The living room is a great space to host friends or a night in, you will have access to all the apps(Hulu, max, Apple, Netflix..). The kitchen features under counter lighting, coffee station for making pour over coffees, a small dishwasher, all the cooking utensils, pots, pans and plates you can need for cooking meals.
The bathroom is newer and has a very nice shower with a hand held sprayer and under cabinet storage. Extra bed linens, blankets and towels will be provided. There is a laundry mat right across the street.
The apartment is a block to the subway station and two stops away from express trains to the city(or a 18min walk), express trains are 12mins to Atlantic terminal/Barclays center and 25mins to Manhattan. A short walk to Sunset Park which sits on a hill, with great views of the Manhattan skyline and Lady Liberty. Weekly farmers markets and lots of activities. 18min walk to Industry City, which hosts a food hall, arcade, distillery’s, breweries, makers/artists quarters, shops, bakeries and anything else you can think of. Not to forget Japan village, great food, sake and Japanese market. A 12-15min walk to sunset pier, Brooklyn Army terminal which hosts concerts on the pier, art studios and the NYC Ferry, which is a 15min ride to Manhattan/Wall st pier.
