Common space is very large with couch and tv area, dining room table, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary equipment and has 3 countertops for preparing food.

There is an in-unit washer dryer in the common room as well as a dish washer in the kitchen.

Location and Transit:

4-min walk to ACE/BDFM and 6 min walk to the 1 and RW trains. 10 min walk to 6 train.

Location is 1 block south of Washington Square Park in the heart of the Greenwich village. Many restaurants, bars, and 24 hour convenience stores on the block and around the corner. Apartment itself is quiet due to it being in the back of the building.

Dates:

Move in is available any time after Thanksgiving. Move out is any time up to January 31st. A minimum of 1 month is required, but there is flexibility on the total amount of time.

Additional fees

$500 sublease fee that will be split between current tenant and subtenant. Property manager requires application with some financial information.
