I am looking for someone to take over my lease which ends July 31, 2025. I love this place but I am in the process of buying an apartment and will be closing soon.

* Walk to 4/5/6 Astor Pl. station in just under 10 minutes
* L and F stations are about 8 mins walking away
* In unit washer and dryer
* Skylight
* Appliances: dishwasher, oven & stove, fridge, microwave
* Pets allowed
* Bedroom advertised as queen sized but fits king bed
* Open to leaving certain items: basically new window AC unit, smart blinds, etc. and honestly a lot of furniture, but can leave it completely empty too.

Negotiable move in date starting mid/late December at the earliest if I am lucky enough in terms of closing, and potentially open to as late as February 1st. I think the ideal time would be January 1st.

Incentives

I'd be getting my security deposit back and not incurring fees that the building management's broker will charge me if they have to list it, so if you are motivated and can move quickly and are a qualified applicant, we can pass on some of those savings to you and lower your effective monthly cost, but remember the building will still charge $3725,

Additional fees

Probably a credit check fee and a $300 lease reassignment fee
