We have absolutely loved our time in this unit but unfortunately unexpectedly have to move out of the area. The unit is a 2B/2B in the Upper East, about a 5-7 min walk to the Q and a 10-12 min walk to the 4/5/6. Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to many great restaurants and bars, and great building management. Building has rooftop, a working room, and doormen who are very kind and on top of it. Rooms are very spacious - room for dining room, living room, bar area, etc., and W/D included. Rent is $6550 total. Please message with any questions or if you’re interested - serious inquiries only.
