Looking for someone to take over the lease in my beautiful double bedroom in Greenpoint. Location is amazing (right next to the G subway - you can be in Manhattan in 15 mins - and just under 10 min walk from the ferry stop). Building is so well equipped, with amenities like a gym, yoga room, music room, cinema, backyard with seating and grill, roof deck, and co-working spaces. For an added $150 per month, you also get utilities, a cleaner coming every 6 weeks and all of your washing and cleaning supplies included. Comes totally furnished too, all you need is your toothbrush.

Incentives

No brokers fee, totally furnished - right down to the little things like coffee machine, blender, flat screen TV, etc. Building also has gym, roof, garden, cinema and other amenities.

Additional fees

You will be taking over the lease from me, which expires on Feb 10. The company (Outpost) are very flexible with extending options, and offer 1 month, 3 month and 6 month contracts to suit your needs (they deal with a lot of internationals, so are super accommodating - I moved here from the UK and have really appreciated the ease!) Security deposit of a month’s rent will be required, plus a small application fee (I think it’s $30 off the top of my head? I can check.) The process is very quick and easy - will just be transferring my lease into your name and you can choose how long you want to stay from there!

Other info

I love this area (very well connected, safe and nice neighbourhood vibe) and the building too. Only moving because they had no solo apartments available in the building, and I’m ready for my own place.
