I am moving out of New York, so regrettably have to give my fantastic and well priced studio on lease assignment.
Amazing apartment building (2017 construction) on the LIC waterfront with picturesque views of the Manhattan skyline from Empire State to One World from my apartment. Sound-proof building resulting in a quiet life on the 7th floor. Friendly front desk and support staff in the building. TFC is very prompt in sharing the new year leases and I have had the rent stay flat for my period in this studio.
Mine is a sunny studio with high ceilings and panoramic views. Plenty of storage space (3 big cupboards), modern kitchen with an island and all the white goods (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven), and a clean and new bathroom.
Energy efficient building with very standard electric utilities costs on a monthly basis received from TFC.
I have furnished the studio, and this listing is available to be provided furnished as well. Please write to me about the furniture so we can discuss details. Rent listed is for unfurnished studio.
Start date is flexible - can be earlier than Jan 1, 2025 if approved party requires it.
There is also an option to sign a 12 month lease at the above rate instead of proceeding with an assignment followed by renewal for full year.

Additional fees

Standard documentation (proof of employment/tax returns, bank statements, landlord reference letter, credit verification, photo ID) to be provided to TFC to ensure smooth assignment / new period of lease.
