The apartment is newly renovated with 10 foot ceilings, brand new floors, marble bathroom with storage and kitchen with a large peninsula for eating/cooking. It is located in a fully serviced and secure building. There is a 24-hr doorman, laundry room and refurbished exterior. The building is also pet friendly (the doormen hand out treats!).

The only reason why I am leaving is because work is relocating me abroad, otherwise I would be very very happy to stay. The apartment looks exactly as pictured, and all furniture is available for purchase. I only moved in this April, so everything is less than a year old and lightly (read, barely) used.

Additional fees

$20 credit check. I haven't spoken with management about the move yet, but I know they are open to sub-letters/lease assignments. They will ask for confirmation of employment and salary (40x rent), or a guarantor (80x rent).
