Due to my personal reasons, I'm looking for someone who takeover my current lease or make a new lease with building. The building is located around crown heights, at 1042 President St, Brookyln, 11225, NY and it's a new building opned on 2024.

Can move-in from December as soon as the all the process is done. Current my lease term is ended by Mar 31st 2025. You could take over my lease term or you can make a new contract with building which the offer from them was $3100 monthly rent with 18 months and 1.5 months rent fee concession which means 1.5 months rent fee free.

The tenant terms are credit score above 700 and an income of at least 40 times the monthly rent, but we can discuss about the income part.

There's gym, cycle room, laundry room at the basement floor and have a parking spaces if you pay. Generally, elevator is working and building entrance is very safely managed by face recognition.

Public trasport options are Subway 2,3,4,5, S walk by 3 min, and can transfer N,R,Q,B,D by Atlantic Center which is one stop away from here. There's many bus options as well.

To manhattan, 15-20 min and prospect park 5 min walking, grocery market 3 min away.
