We're leaving our classic, huge, beautiful Bedstuy apartment for the holidays December 19-28th with some flexibility. Photos don't really do it justice here. It's the first 2 floors of an old, renovat+ed brownstone with lots of light, space, large sitting room, big open kitchen and dining room. Two-bedrooms with 3 full bath. Both bedrooms are large and have an en suite bathroom as well as plenty of closet space. We have full, private backyard and an upstairs deck. There is a large basement with washer dryer and storage. A train is just a few blocks away. Negotiable on dates and price. Get in touch if you want to see it or want a virtual tour. Ideally we'd like to rent for the full month.

There is also a possibility of subletting our place Dec 19- June/July if interested.

We are willing to rent the apartment at a lower rate for under 30 days.
