What I love about this apartment.
The building is brand new, and smells like the Wynn when you walk in. The staff is incredible - they know you all by name and it is "full service" meaning they deliver all packages to your apartment, and you don't need to break down boxes. It's amazing.

The apartment is large for NYC, and fully move-in ready with everything new as of October 2024 - Two TVs (65" in living room, 55" in bedroom), couch, lights, dining table, high end refrigerator, all kitchen equipment, dining equipment (pans, plates, utensils, cups, etc), queen bed, dresser, and in unit laundry. Very comfortable.

If you enjoy working out, the gym is top tier with all the equipment you need, including free weights, cardio, and a yoga room. Also very nice rooftop and common areas.
