Placing my bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Williamsburg up for lease takeover! There is an opportunity to renew the lease. Rent is $2,000. For this takeover you would pay the deposit, 1st months rent and application fee! There is no broker fee!

The apartment is part of a complex of buildings that share amenities so laundry is on site, there is a gym, rooftop patio, and recreation room with sofas and a pool table open to use. There is a parking lot on site as well and a citibike stop right outside.

The building was recently re-modeled so there is central AC and heat and new appliances. The room is large enough to fit a full or queen. I added in a second armoire for added storage. A small desk could fit in here as well or a bookcase. I also have a small side table. The room is quiet and gets lots of light in the day. The building is small and the residents here are friendly but never rowdy.

The apartment is located about 8-10 minutes from the Graham L stop and about 10 - 12 minutes from the Nassau G stop. The apartment is super close to spots like 456, the Richardson, and Plus de Vin. You can be at McCarren in about 10 minutes and McGolrick in less than 5.

The ideal candidate is a late 20s to 30 something woman who does not work remote and is clean, active, friendly, and respectful. At this time, we are not considering pets. I am moving out and the other roommate is a 30 year old woman working in marketing.
