1. Two most recent bank statements from your primary checking and/or savings accounts.
2. Photo ID – i.e., driver’s license, non-driver ID, passport.
3. Proof of Income: Please submit at least one of the following:
- SIGNED EMPLOYMENT LETTER - Must be on business stationery confirming job title, salary, length of employment, and guaranteed bonuses, if any.
- PAY STUBS - Two most recent.
- THE WORK NUMBER - If your employer uses this automated verification system, you must obtain the report from this service and provide it to your leasing representative.
