Luxury building with amenities (laundry in unit, doorman, elevator, gym). Very accessible: you’ll be right by the Hudson Yards subway and Penn Station. Roommates are two guys in their mid-twenties and work in finance. They’re both very friendly and respectful. Ideally hoping to give away the room furnished but can be flexible.
