NOTE: We are willing to subsidize the monthly cost down to $4800/month for the next 6 months until the lease renews.

Move in dates flexible but anytime in Feb or later and the lease is through July 31 with option to renew.

Apt details: 1 Bed Room (King Size), 1 bathroom, 2 large closets, all stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher)

Building Amenities: doorman, elevator, gym, laundry, sun deck, extra storage in basement.

No brokers fees. $20 application fee (non-refundable).

Here is the list of supporting documents you need to provide along with the application.
• Most recent employment letter, stating annual salary, position, length of employment, on a company letterhead signed by supervisor or HR. (employment letter needs to be
very recent to date)
• If self-employed – CPA letter stating nature of the business, personal annual income for 2019, 2020 and projected annual income for 2021, length of business on a CPA
letterhead signed by CPA.
• Most recent bank statement (just first page of the bank statement is fine as long as name, account# and balances on it) no screen shots
• First and signature page of the most recent tax return (2020) or 2020 W2 - if self-employed please provide 2019 and 2020 personal tax returns (first and signature page)
• Most recent two pay stubs
• Clear copy of photo i.d.

Additional fees

Once we have found an applicant, the next step is for the applicant to apply for the Assignment through Credential Researchers, which is the building’s third party verification
company ($20 fee), they will require a fully filled out and signed application, along with all of the documentation that is requested.
