I will be charging less than I would for a sublet, because I will be there some of the time. But for three weeks out of four, you would have the place to yourself. It's a wonderful place to spend the holidays, right in Hell's Kitchen, just a few blocks from Times Square. Since we would be sharing the space for part of the time, I would need to interview you as a roommate. But most of the time, you would have the entire place, which is a spacious 1 bedroom.
