Hello! I just got approved for my dream apartment in Brooklyn and need someone to take over my current lease starting in early-mid January 2025. Currenntly, lease ends 4/30/25 but landlord would likely have you sign a new full year lease.

- Railroad layout: kitchen/living area to the left, bedroom/bathroom to the right
- Queen bed fits but may block the door with a bedframe (smaller bed = no issue)
- Spacious kitchen, gas stove, no dishwasher but 2-in-1 washer/dryer
- Rent: $2875 (includes gas & hot water)
- Electric can range: $55 (winter) to $120 (summer, with A/C)
-Internet: I currently have spectrum and pay $56/mo
- 2 (old) A/C units included (kitchen & bedroom)
- Pet-friendly (no extra fees)
- Responsive landlord for repairs
