We are looking for an 11 month sublet with the option to sign a new 12 or 24 month lease at the end of the sublet term. If you wish to become a lease holder after subletting, a new lease at a new rent rate will be signed.

Rent is $4,007.06 from Feb 1 - Apr 30
It will then increase to $4,084.06 from May 1 - Dec 31 (due to 421A surcharge increase)

We have lived in this apartment for the last four years and absolutely love it. We are moving out of state and need to break our lease early.
