Hello,

I'm looking for a roommate (female) who would stay at least for 6 months from 1/1/25 in the furnished apartment 'The Lanes in LIC'.

The room is furnished with a bed(+mattress), 1 closet, plenty drawers , bookshelves and has large windows with small garden and city view.

The unit is a 3 bed 2 bath and other roommates are all female, super nice and sweet. We have a pretty large kitchen and a living room area.

The rent includes heat, hot water, cold water, cooking gas, free access to building wifi and all amenities (rooftop, gym, amazon locker, package room and a laundry room).

The apartment is close to N, W and 7 train.

There is no broker fee, just deposit+1st month rent ($1,550*2) and $300 processing fee. (There is an income requirement of at least 40x the monthly rent and a credit check when applying to the apartment.)
