JANUARY LEASE TAKEOVER IN HEART OF WEST VILLAGE!

Hi all! I’m moving and need to transfer my lease to one lucky human (female) around January 3, 2024. This would be a lease takeover of a large bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath on Bank St. in the WV.

The room itself is lovely. I work from home and have a queen bed, dresser, bookshelf, TWO closets and a desk and still room to move around! Two large windows that get good light throughout the day and my plants are thriving in the windowsill. AC would stay so you wouldn’t have to worry about new unit and heat is included. (Also option to takeover the mattress and dresser if you want!)

One roommate is wonderful and makes fresh bread as a plus 🙂! She works in office pretty much every day and is clean and respectful when home. You’d get to chat with her before signing!

Kitchen is a big plus and unheard of for the price in WV. It has full size appliances, dishwasher, microwave, island and a wine cooler (kinda random but nice). Living area is big enough for dining table and sofa and hutch and is lovely to entertain in. The bathroom is a nice size with three mirror storage units.

I’m looking for someone kind and respectful with no pets and willing to apply and sign the lease from Jan 3 through May 15 2025, with option to renew at that time. Rent is $3050 which is under market for this space and location and you won’t have a broker fee!!

Laundry in building (brand new washers and dryers about a month ago) and trash shoot in building. Extremely well maintained building on a storybook brownstone lined street 🏡

Proof of prior rent

**security fee due at time of rent but no broker fee!
