Rent is way below median 1 BR price in NYC - I've been living here 2 years+ and I think it's an amazing place for the price!

Plenty of natural light in bedroom. Ceiling lights in every other room so the apartment feels well lit everywhere.

Modern Kitchen with large sink, 4 burner gas stove / oven, microwave, and large fridge. All cooking utensils and plateware available.

Price includes monthly cleaning of the entire apartment by my cleaner who I've been using for 4 years (for reasonable cleanup of all areas -- not for cleaning up after parties or substantial mess).

Please note:

- 5th floor walkup
- Loading dock across street (occasionally active at night - hasn't bothered me, but could use ear plugs or white noise if you're a light sleeper)
- Laundromat 2 blocks away
