One room available (downstairs) in a 4 bedroom, 2 story apartment located 3 blocks from the Kosciusko J.

THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE STARTING 12/20 BUT THAT DATE IS FLEXIBLE AS IS THE MOVE OUT DATE.

The room comes furnished which you can see in the photos. We have a large shared work space downstairs as well as a living room upstairs. It's extremely spacious.
The 1/2 bath that's located downstairs will only be shared with one other person. The full bath is located upstairs.
Your bedroom also has access to a large private backyard (it's only shared with a few other tenants) with key code access giving you your own private entrance.
Other shared spaces include the living room upstairs that includes a reclining couch and large flat screen tv. You'll have full access to our kitchen / kitchen tools / Nespresso coffee machine. Washer + Dryer located downstairs plus central AC and Heat controllable on each floor.

Internet and Utilities are additional and usually range from $-$125. We also have extra bedding and bath towels if needed. No additional large pieces of furniture allowed as the house is fully furnished.

We are a completely queer household.
2 cats and a small dog do live on the property. No more additional pets.
