Hello! We’re looking to fill a room in our 3br Carroll Gardens apartment January 1 through February 28th, with the option to join the lease starting in March.

The room available is the second largest bedroom ($1015/month) in the apartment. It includes a spacious closet and overhead storage space. Our apartment is on the third floor in a walk up. The apartment has tons of natural light including a skylight in the living room, windows in every room, wooden floors and high ceilings. There is a comfortable 1-year old queen sized bed and bed frame in the room that will remain for the next occupant, or it can be removed prior to move-in if preferred.

Location: Tucked between Smith St and Court St in Carroll Gardens, there are a handful of bars, coffee shops, bodegas and restaurants within a block radius. The apartment is also 1/2 a block from the Smith and 9th stop on the F & G lines. Gowanus and Red Hook are both a short walk away, and Prospect park is a mile up the hill.

Current inhabitants: You’d be joining Carson (nonbinary) and Brian (man) ages 29 and 27, both of whom are comedians. Brian also works in a nearby coffee shop, and Carson works from home. Both are quite quiet and out most nights.
