The building is excellently maintained. Amazing staff - adore all of the doormen and the maintenance crew. Cleaned daily. Entire building is extremely tidy. New build so practically all new alliances. Insane rooftop views and great amenities: gym on 8th floor, huge rec room, game room with pool table. Massive rooftop with several grills and tons of entertainment space and seating. POOL & jacuzzi.
Love this building! Actually found this apartment on lease break last year. Unfortunately having to leave due to a split of the household.
One of the entire walls is all window, floor to ceiling. No matter the day the natural light is the best. Built in shades - haven’t needed to buy curtains. Bedroom comfortably fits queen size bed, desk, tv stand. Huge walk in closet. Living room has fit couch, chair, dining stools, and another large desk. All wood floors. Central heating and AC. Modern finishes. Not to mention…. Ginormous private balcony (only a few units in the building have these huge ones) super private. Had an entire garden out there during the warm months. You get the most beautiful sunrises :)
