Beautiful, light-filled 2BR/2BA with floor-to-ceiling windows in a high-rise, luxury building called The Axel on the border of Clinton Hill and Prospect Heights. We've loved living here, but have a toddler and have decided to make the move to the 'burbs. We have a stunning view of the Manhattan skyline, washer/dryer in unit, and great doorwoman. If you want to use all the building amenities (highly recommend!), it's an extra $75 per month for the first tenant and $50 per month for the second. That gets you access to a fully equipped gym, a co-working space, a beautiful rooftop with grills, an outdoor terrace, an inside lounge, a dining room that can be reserved for private events, and a golf simulator. There's also an outdoor pool, but there's an extra fee for that atop of the other amenities.

The location couldn't be better - you're about a 15 min walk away from Fort Greene Park and a 15 min walk away from Prospect Park. Tons of great restaurants, bars, and playgrounds/daycares in the area if you have a little one like us. The C train is 2 blocks away or you can walk to Barclays Center (10 min) for the B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, or 5.

Some furniture (i.e. kitchen table, under-sink cupboards in the bathrooms) and built-in features may be able to stay, if desired (e.g. custom built-in bookshelf, "murphy desk," etc.
