Right in the heart of Greenwich Village, 1 block south of Washington Square Park. Most of the studio units in this buildling go for $3300-$3500, so $2995 is a steal (I originally signed off-season, hence the discounted rate).

I need someone to move in and finish my lease out until August 31st, with the option to renew the lease with the same $2995 price when it ends.

For scale, the bed is a full-sized bed.

Additional fees

These documents are needed (I'll pay the $20 app fee for you):

1. Application (please provide full legal name, email address and phone number)

2. $20 application fee (per applicant)

3. Copy of ID

4. Tax return or W2 form

5. Last two pay stubs.

6. Last 2 Bank Statements reflecting your name and account number

7. A letter from your employer stating your salary, position and length of employment. This letter must be on company letterhead and signed by a direct supervisor, HR person, or an owner of the company. If self-employed, CPA letter attesting to annual income/ profession

8. A copy of your school registration, dated student ID or a bursar’s receipt if you are a student, or were a student last year. (If are currently a student or a recent graduate, tax return/ W2 may not be required).

9. Executed copy of the sublease agreement between (Subtenant) and (Lease Holders)
