It's available the first week of March, and we can offer a prorated option. We are looking for two people to take over our true 2 bed 1 bath apartment in the East Village. In-unit washer/dryer, on-site super, dishwasher, windows and AC units. The apartment is in a great location, right on the L and next to Trader Joe's, Target, and a ton of restaurants/bars. It's a quiet, very safe street, in a building with a renovated lobby.

There is a package room and the building is always clean/secure. It's perfect for roommates or a couple. We have loved living here but have to move for a job. Please reach out for more pictures / info!

Incentives

Willing to negotiate takeover fee. We are leaving our (new!) air-conditioning units and have other furniture we are considering selling/leaving.
