Property Details

I am leaving Austin and offering a sublease for my room, and as a special incentive, the first month's rent (March) is on me! Plus, I’ll transfer my security deposit and parking permit to you. To ensure a smooth transition, I will also arrange for a professional cleaning service to do a move-out/move-in cleaning before you move in.

• Management: Routine outdoor cleaning is minimal, but the maintenance team is prompt and helpful.
• Air Conditioning: The AC unit is older and can be somewhat loud when running.
• Bedroom Warmth: A hot water pipe runs directly under the bedroom, making the room consistently warm year-round. This is a benefit in winter but may require extra cooling in summer.
• No Microwave Provided: The landlord does not supply a microwave, but I’m leaving mine for you at no additional cost.
• Seasonal Crickets: Occasional cricket visitors during the fall season.
