I am moving out of the country, so regrettably have to give my fantastic and well priced large alcove studio on lease assignment. I have lived here since June 2020 and really enjoyed my time here! 700 Sq Ft large Alcove Studio

- Energy efficient building with standard electric utilities costs on a monthly basis received from TFC.

- TFC also provides shuttle service to and from the #7 Vernon Jackson subway stop on weekdays (morning and evening rush hour times) as well as on the weekends.
- Lots of restaurant/cafes options in the area with a good neighborhood crowd
- Pet friendly building and neighborhood

Transportation Access:
1 stop from Manhattan on the 7 line. (Vernon Jackson Blvd)
E, M, G, N, W trains are also within walking distance.
Building right next to the Long Island City Ferry stop, and Hunters Point South Ferry stop also within walking distance

Start date would be March 1st but can look to be a few days earlier at end of Feb based on logistics. There is also an option to sign a 12 month lease also.

Incentives

Depending on move out/move in logistics, will NOT charge for extra days if tenant moves in towards the end of February

Additional fees

Standard documentation (proof of employment/tax returns, bank statements, landlord reference letter, credit verification, photo ID) to be provided to TFC to ensure smooth assignment / new period of lease.
