My partner and I are moving to a 2 bedroom to accommodate our family and we’d like to find great tenants to take over our rent stabilized one bedroom apartment with outdoor space in the heart of Williamsburg. It’s an easy 2 minute walk from the Bedford L subway station, 3 blocks away from McCarren park, in a great area that's quiet with plenty to do!
It’s a mid rise building with only 95 units. Part-time front desk concierge 11am-7pm. The super is awesome, so friendly and gets things done quickly. You can submit maintenance requests via an online portal because even though it’s a relatively small building it’s managed by TFC Cornerstone.

We would like someone to assume the lease starting on 2/1 until it ends on 6/1, and you'll be able to renew as soon as you like. We're flexible on start date with room to start a little later as needed. Monthly rent is $4,924.49. Since the rest is stabilized, there's a maximum to how much rent can increase each year, so although the renewal rates haven't been shared, it shouldn't be over $5,085. This is completely above board - the lease transfer will be done through the building management, so please do not respond if you don’t make 40x income and have good credit.
From management: You will be taking the apartment in its present condition “as is,” meaning there will be no renovations or changes made to the condition of the apartment. The apartment will not be painted. (We've taken great care of the place though, so this shouldn't be an issue. Let us know if you'd like us to keep the TV wall mount/picture mounts which may save you some trouble anyway.)
The place will come unfurnished, but there are a few pieces that we can discuss selling if you're interested: we love the patio furniture, but it's a uniquely good fit for a place with a patio (which we may not have at our next apartment), and we also bough a storage container for the corner of the patio which is a pretty great fit, so that may be of interest as well.
