Additional fees
You would take over lease at the current rate (until May 12) and be offered a renewal at a new rate. The application fee is $20 per person and is non-refundable. There is no additional application fee. To qualify it is 40 times the monthly rent with background and credit. They will need to provide their government issued ID and income verification (either most recent tax return, w2, 3 pay stubs or employment letter).

I do have furniture in the lease and am open to discussion about selling, but the price listed is the rent and does not include fully furnish. Let me know.
