I need to find someone to take over my apartment lease starting February to the end of March with the option to sign another 1 or 2 year lease (see details below). I’m happy to answer any questions and provide photos. Serious inquiries only.

Location: Flushing, Queens, New York
Transit/Available public transportation:
About 10 min walk to the Murray Hill LIRR station which takes you to Manhattan in ~20 mins
About 15-20 min walk to the 7 Train subway station
Reason for leaving: As much as I absolutely hate to leave this apartment, I’m moving out to give my two dogs a yard and more space to run around. We’d ideally need someone to move in at the beginning of February (2/1) but I understand that timing can be tough. We’re happy to work with you in terms of covering a portion of the February rent if 2/1 does not work.
About the unit:
The unit is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a balcony on the penthouse floor
We have an in-unit laundry washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and refrigerator that has a wine rack as well as an icemaker
Each room has an AC/Heating unit which is convenient
Opposed to other units in this building, my unit has more bedroom/closet space than others due to only having 1 bathroom (as opposed to 2 bathrooms most other units have that takes up more space), which is a nice perk
My husband and I are the only tenants that have lived in this unit since 2021, treating it with care as if we owned the unit
Pricing:
Now till the end of March (3/31): $3,650 base rent with $25 access to the gym/lounge
Management can probably remove the $25 fee for gym/lounge if not needed
Renewal package starting in April (4/1): $3,825 for 1 year OR $3,925 for 2 years
Amenities:
Gym ($25 per month) on the second floor along with a lounge area next door
Lounges can be booked for parties or can be used as a private study/hangout area
Parking (~$400 per month) in basement
Korean supermarket HMart within the building on first floor
Dog friendly (rooftop has a small dog run area with turf)
Rooftop availability
Can be booked for parties
Has grills for BBQ
Tanning area
Great NYC view especially at night
Building uses electronic locks that can be opened via phone apps (aka no keys necessary!)
There are a lot of great restaurants and there is also a Chinese supermarket right next door

We can pay for background/credit check. We are also flexible for move-in date as long as it's before mid-March.
