The Willoughby is a beautiful residential building situated in Downtown BK. I was the first tenant of the unit I am living in back in 2022.

The studio apartment itself has high ceiling and floor to ceiling window that comes with a 180 degree view of Downtown BK and a sneak peak of BK Bridge. See pictures.

- Right next to Long Island University and 10 mins walk from NYU

Full service and high-end amenities.
- The building has a gym on 22nd floor with great view and packed with all the instruments you can think of, as well as a yoga room.
- There is an dog park/garden on the ground floor, a rooftop and resident lounge with a pool table.

The staff working at the building are some of the best I have met and I have lived in various NYC (mostly Manhattan) lux building in the past 10 years.

You are eligible to renew when the lease is up in August. For qualified renter the security deposit was only $1000 when I first rented.

If furniture needed, I am open to sell them for a discount. Let me know.
