My husband and I are moving and looking to do a lease assignment for the last month of our lease. We can also accept a lease start date prior to Feb 1st. You can renew and stay for another 12 month term, you just have to talk to landlord and arrange with them. Our rent is 4k/month but we are offering a lease assignment for 3k for the last month. Please be aware that this price will go up if you renew with landlord. Overall a great building in a great location. The washer dryer is brand new and the fridge is less than a year old. Maintenance is amazing. Views are beautiful and the unit is very sunny. Huge walk in closet in master with a bathroom. Huge living room space. Our lease ends on 2/28 so if you want to stay for a 12 month term following that, all you have to do is arrange with landlord upon approval.
