Private furnished bedroom in the upper west side of manhattan. 8 minute walk to columbia university and a 5 minute walk to central park. close to restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the marketplace and subway. street parking is available and there is a parking garage next door. This is a good setup. Right now I share with just 1 other person. Very quiet. Has a gym, roof top and outside patio, washer and dryer in unit. Dishwasher, stovetop, oven and microwave. Toilet paper, paper towels, soap are provided through the stay by outpost club. Shared living spaces are cleaned once a month by a cleaning company. Utilities and monthly cleaning is $164 a month There is a $20 application fee which I am willing to pay for for you.
