The unit itself is very quiet and the neighbors are chill young professionals and couples. In addition to the W/D there’s also a dishwasher and floor to ceiling windows in both the bedroom and living room. The location is west of the BQE and almost equidistant between the Lorimer and Bedford stops giving easy L train and G train access in about 5 minutes walk. The JMZ Marcy stop is only about a 10 minute walk. The East River Ferry stop on the waterfront is only about a 15 minute walk.

There’s also tons of great restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk like the Commodore, Gertie, Four Horsemen, St Mazie, St Anselm, Rosa’s, Best Pizza, Court St Grocers, etc. It’s honestly a great unit and location.
