Subletting my large one bedroom / studio unit on the 2nd floor of the Outpost Club co-living building on Suydam Street in Brooklyn.

This is the largest private room (Large Maisonette) with a larger bathroom, refrigerator and kitchenette area available in the building. I've lived there nearly two years and have maintained it in excellent condition.

I'm seeking a tenant to sublease as I found a dedicated permanent one-bedroom apartment in a different area and need to move there before my current lease expires on May 31, 2025.

Per the management company, Outpost Club, this is a straightforward process where you would incur a $20 one-time application fee to cover a credit check and sub-lease paperwork. Outpost has been a great management company and maintains the property with diligence and responsiveness.

The building is in a great location in the heart of Bushwick a few blocks from the Jefferson and Dekalb L train stops and a slightly longer walk to the Knickerbocker M train stop. It's also a few blocks from Ridgewood, Queens, where there are additional restaurants, bars and amenities within a short walk.
