Property Details

Upon entry, you’re greeted by the living space with its open floorplan and solid wood floors. There’s space to comfortably fit a queen bed, nightstand, desk, table and chairs, couch, coffee table, TV, and some extra seating. I have decorated and furnished my apartment, and I am happy to remove it all if you'd like or keep it! The bathroom is updated, and very clean. The rest of the apartment is spacious with a renovated kitchen. The apartment gets great light all day since its facing south west!
The apartment is a quick 2 minute walk to the Q and the 6! the apartment is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, right across the street from an Equinox Gym, and on a very quiet residential street.
I am a teacher and vacate the city during the summer months, I am looking for someone to enjoy and love my apartment while i'm gone!
