This is a beautiful corner unit on the 8th floor of Riverwalk Point with views of Roosevelt Island and the Queensboro bridge facing south with all the amenities you could want or dream of. Our careers are taking us out of NYC but we loved this apartment dearly. All the owners/personnel and staff on site are incredible. If there was ever a problem, I had someone at my door within minutes to help me.

Neighbors are quiet and respectful and there is a sense of community here. Quite literally feels like an oasis from the hustle and bustle of NYC, green spaces, parks, a sports complex with pool and huge racquet club. Everything you could want can be found on the island itself; weekly farmers market every Saturday for fresh produce and groceries along with a Food Town, Post Office, Bodegas, Local Restaurants, you name it.

< 5 Minute walk to Roosevelt Island F stop, one stop to Manhattan or LIC. Roosevelt Island tramway and ferry < 10 minute walk away as well for access to other parts of the city.

Photos of unit as we currently have it available upon request, tours on a first come first serve basis. We painted the main living room wall a cobalt blue to help liven up the place but can repaint upon request. We think it adds some spice to the plain walls. And yes, you can paint/wallpaper whatever you like as long as you return the wall condition back to its original beige (which the supers have the color spec for).

Should you want to proceed after viewing, we'd talk to the leasing office on site to run the application and get proof, then schedule to have you move in. The apartment would be handed over as is, meaning there would not be a formal inspection by the building. However, we will ensure to leave the space in move in ready condition.
