Property Details

This is a sublet-to-lease takeover on a *true* rent-stabilized 1 BR in Williamsburg, near the Metropolitan-Lorimer stop. Flexible on move-in from Feb 1 until March 1. I paid $7K in a broker fee when I moved in and am looking for someone willing to cover that as I’m now moving for work before my lease is even up. Otherwise, I wouldn’t leave this gem, considering other 1 BRs in the building start at $4K. It's a great neighborhood with tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and shopping, happy to pass along recommendations!
